I don't know if this is in the remake off the top of my head.  Honestly, I don't even have the source code on my main computer here.  I'm grabbing it off an old external hard-drive here and I'll take a look.

Wait, wait, that is NOT the one that burned down. The building in the image above is in downtown Oakhurst, and if that was the one that'd burned down, then you'd pretty much have to write off the whole town.
 
The building that burned down was some distance away, up closer towards Yosemite. TSN was not located in the building pictured above; in fact, I think that by the time TSN was being worked on, we'd entirely moved out of that redwood building.

I have it in my inventory in my most recent playthrough. I tried to screenshot it, but whatever. It's easy enough to get.
 
You can go back and get another spore at any time in the game before you climb down from the log into the cave-maze. This is AFTER you've used the spore on the mean guy with the club -- you can still go back and get another spore.
 
At the end of the maze sequence, you tumble down to where the little pink (?) men are. If you still have a spore in your inventory, it bursts once you hit the ground.
 
This incapacitates Roger, and you gotta stare at your screen for a while, or maybe go pee. It will take him a while to wake up again.
 
When you come back, he'll be awake and he'll have an "empty spore" in his inventory that uses that graphic.

IGN posted a new interview today with the Two Guys, discussing all things SpaceVenture. There isn't really a lot here that we don't already know from the podcast that ran during the Kickstarter, or Chris Pope's more recent updates, but it's a good read nevertheless.

So a local radio station in my town had a summer show about video game music this year and asked me to come into their studio to do an interview seeing as I compose music for video games. We discussed, among many things, what makes video game music special, how composing for video games can be very different from any other media, I talked at length about Sierra adventure games and their soundtracks and the MT-32, and some of the music I've written for games in the past were featured, as well as some upcoming that haven't been released yet such as Mage's Initiation and another secret project.

Boy, with a thread topic like "Political correctness and feminism", one can hardly expect anything less than the greatest of forum theatrics - and this thread has certainly delivered. After all of the words and pages, what have we really learned here after walking away? I certainly haven't gleaned anything of value, and I read every post. :mellow: Again, I find myself agreeing with Drslashvohaul the most.

For all the rumors of how shitty SQ7 was going to be, one thing is really sad: that Leslie never got her chance to be in the spotlight. She contributed a bunch to SQ6 (the "in space, no one can hear you clean" line was hers!) and she really had a killer sense of humor. And she was really good to us fans.

I found this old dusty relic on a data CD I'd burned years ago, made this on an ancient DOS Painting/drawing program called 'Splash', circa '95 I believe.

Just popping in to not really add anything relevant other than saying I'm glad to see/hear that the podcast is back for another season! Hopefully at some point in the not too distant future I can find another way to weasel my way on...eerr add more enlightening, enriching material to the podcast! :D
