AnasAbdin
I've decided to create a game (not a space quest based game) but i am planning to make it in space :P so I downloaded SCI v.3something... and was that a slap on the face! 16 colors! does anyone know what is the engine used for SQ4 and where can I find it? (a direct link would be VERY appreciated) :)(K) :D
Cosmic Castaway
I don't know specifics, but that was one of the versions of the SCI engine. You should check out AGS if you're interested in a similar engine though.
Collector
SQ4 was SCI1. SCI Companion and SCI Studio 3 use the same template game, which is SCI0. SCI Studio 4 was going to be VGA, but the developer gave up on it. If you cannot abide EGA and must have VGA, as suggested, AGS would be something to consider.
