Indeed. Many of the Apple IIgs Sierra games have extra music that the DOS versions lack. The credits music in Space Quest II is a creative parody of the Star Trek IV movie theme that weaves the SQ theme in it instead, much like the way SQ1VGA parodies the Star Wars credit theme at its end. King's Quest has an actual theme besides Greensleeves as well.
