  1. Well like Troeles... I have my Sierra games all packaged away nicely in the garage. So I'd have to dig them up to do so. So it just became easier to get them all installed and configured once, and just keep making sure I have back ups!
  2. I guess I don't get it (the video?) because I haven't had any errors in Diablo III...
  3. This game definitely deserves your (second or third or fourth!) attention. It deserved a lot more attention and success than what it got.
  4. Very awesome! http://www.gog.com/en/gamecard/torins_passage

    TV shows

They are different. For example - the SOMEONE WHO TURNS INTO A ZOMBIE (you should know who I mean) dies WAY before they actually turned in the show. A lot of it is very much the same (or the same general feeling to the story - obviously changed/altered for television). But there have been some differences.
  6. The part where you said I am more organized, I think the gods may have giggled a little bit. (Probably the only thing I am super organized with is my comics. (I embrace my entire nerdiness) But I know all too well about losing data. I do Neverending Nights and lost a ton of audio lines (sort of like you did with the SQ2) as well as video, personal photos, mp3 files, etc. I managed to find BadCopy Pro and licensed it for a mere 30 bucks - and recovered some of the data. But that event - losing all the data that I did - is what has made me so paranoid that I actually have a calendar reminder that goes to my gmail about backing up data now.
  7. What I don't get is - I have bought the various collections (because my original copies are on floppies and such). As such, I then installed it on my external drive (because they take so little room). So when I get new external drives, I copy my folders from one to the next. So I always have a copy present. I even backed up my installs onto CDs/DVDs (because of a external drive crash once, lesson learned). So I never need to go to my basement (which is good, because I don't have one, so that would make matters complicated!) Yeah, it doesn't fund the original artists/creators... but it does show an interest in adventure games. (Not that they have executed their attempts at adventure games very well with LSL:MCL or LSL:BOB, but...)
  8. This movie to me, was flawless. It had everything. it has character development. It had banter. It had action. It had dialogue. It had explosions. It had beautiful women (Black Widow) and gorgeous men (for the ladies). This movie had it all. I couldn't even begin to descibe the awesome it contains without breaking the posting length.
  9. Diablo III is a very fun game. If you enjoyed the first two (or just want to do some brainless hacking, with a pretty cool storyline on the side) - this is the game for you. It's NOT as creepy as Diablo I or II were... the ambient music doesn't creep me out and make me feel the need to turn on every light in the house when I got from my computer to the bathroom (LOL), but it's definitely a fun game. I am barely into it (Defeated the Skeleton King, for those who are playing to know where I am) - but the game definitely seems to favor the players, giving them (at least the barbarian) a strong character that can take an onslaught of mobs (unlike the first two where having healing potions lined up was critical). That may, of course, change in harder levels.
  10. LOL! I probably could have! The sign actually had no text beneath it... (the place is open, and the burgers aren't bad... it's just in the middle of nowhere! Literally!)
  11. I just added the small bit beneath the sign.
  12. What is Twinkie Nose Tuesday? Look no further Janitor, than here: http://guysfromandromeda.com/contests/
  13. Yes! If life will slow down JUST A TAD to give me time to finish my lines (and re-record the ones I fubar'ed)
