I wonder, what is a forum group? I've seen two of those : Sarien Sanitizers and Content Managment. What are those? I'm just curious. :)

Different forum groups have different forum priveleges. Content creators have access to create content for the whole site (stuff in the top menu bar). Sarien Sanitizers are the forum admin/mod staff who can do anything pretty much to the whole site.
