Lego Roger Wilco
Irishmile, you make wonderful Sierra Lego characters. All of them are awesome and make me wish that they were real.

So...what about THAT game?
I saw Rex Nebular mentioned in a "Saturday Crapshoot" article on PC Gamer's Web site a while back and was intrigued. If this game is, indeed, abandonware, then where can I download it to try it out? It sounds...interesting.

You like Kickstarters, huh? Quest for Infamy!
Backed this a few days ago after trying out the demo. I look forward to playing the full game.

Strategies for Upping Pledges?
The problem is that some people need that orat on a stick to drive them to higher tiers. If you want people to drive their pledges higher than what a certain tier offers, you need that incentive. Alternatively, you can try starting a campaign like we did for Larry and Jane.

Strategies for Upping Pledges?
As a pledger for both Larry and JJ's Pinkerton campaign, I can tell you that we had a couple of "uppling pledge" campaigns. They helped, but not by a huge amount. For Larry, it was up your pledge by a multiple of 69 ($0.69, $69, $69.69, etc). For Jane, it was up your pledge by $6.66. We could conceivably do something similar for the Two Guys.

$200 tier
There's also a huge gap between $500 and $1000, and again from $1000 to $5000, that needs to be filled, too. I've been championing a P+D tier at $750 and $1500.

Situation of rights for Space Quest
Whether it's Space Quest or not, I don't care. All that matters is that the Two Guys are back and willing to create a new space adventure for us fans.

AdventureGamers' forums' thoughts on the Two Guys' Kickstarter
I feel that the problem is that there are just too many adventure game Kickstarters going on (or just ended) at the same time. If they were spread out a bit more then there probably wouldn't be such a problem. With SpaceVenture and Tex Murphy going on at the same time and ending at just about the same time there is bound to be an issue with funding both games.

AdventureGamers' forums' thoughts on the Two Guys' Kickstarter
I have absolutely no problems with deaths in adventure games. However, I can see where it would be frustrating to those who did not grow up with Sierra. I would also say that I like the idea of a "harcore" mode that simulates the good old days when the narrator can tell you how much of a pantload you've been. Let those who want a Telltale experience have their way and let the hardcore gamers have theirs. Frankly, I'd probably play it both ways. Having gaming dead ends, on the other hand, is another topic altogether. I doubt ANYBODY liked those.

How much money would you invest in Kickstarting the Two Guys?
I'm currently down for $515 (gotta have both a physical and digital copy). However, if they put in a P+D tier (that's being asked for) I'll happily raise my pledge to that level.
