I like to think that Roger either rented garage space for the Mallard at the Academy, or kept it in storage on Xenon till it was needed again (VSB!) :D

Most likely this has already been discussed many times over (perhaps even started by myself years ago! LOL), but what the heck! :P Let's say hypothetically at the start of Space Quest 6, we see Roger receiving a hero's welcome [For the first time since Space Quest 1!] for his deeds in Space Quest 5, and was allowed to remain in command of the Goliath, do you think it would have been better received than SQ6 was at the time? I admit this is what I was initially excited for Space Quest 6 to be; more adventures with Roger's new ship and crew. But as time (and personal experiences) went on, I came to realize that Roger needs to be a janitor to be Roger, and I nowadays appreciate Space Quest 6 a lot, especially Roger's level of cynicism; he's AWARE that he can never be anything more than a janitor, and will always be seen as a clutzy, dimwitted fool and he seems to have learned to both embrace it and resent it. If an official Space Quest 7 ever does happen, it would be nice to see Roger break away from StarCon and return to his lone space explorer days of Space Quests 3 and 4

In the intro to Space Quest 6, Toolman mentions that Roger is being returned to his "former post with StarCon fleet". Was that a retcon meant to imply that Roger was always with StarCon, and perhaps that the Arcada and Xenon orbital station were vessels of the Confederacy? Or could it be that Roger's former organization evolved into or was taken over by StarCon at some point? We have no idea how long Roger was frozen for at the end of SQ2,..

I always enjoyed wandering around the Galaxy Galleria in Space Quest 4. The only thing that disappointed me was that you couldn't actually eat any of the sushi (and die most likely) from the Susie Bar

If anyone's interested I recently uploaded a video review a friend and I did for the Wolfman Remake. I had intended for it to be uploaded that night, but learned the hard way I lacked the resources...better late than never I suppose :P I love Mike's characterization but my "80s Guy" persona could use some work...he's basically me not being called Alan, I may retool the character for future reviews both new and old that are planned...stay tuned!

Or Smithy for that matter :P

EGA graphics!! And I like how Scott is adamant about wanting to incorporate a parser interface in some way! I'm looking forward to trying different commands during the beta stage and letting Scott know which ones get a generic or no response from the parser so they can be added, that will just add that much more to the experience! Like QFG1 VGA vs EGA...trying to figure out what you can and can't ask about was half the fun/challenge, the dialogue trees really took away from that...but were still VERY enjoyable games. Especially Shadows!

I can't wait to see what the final tally is, this momentum the last few days has been overwhelmingly awesome!! I can't deny it, I shed tears of joy when we crossed the finish line and beyond, was amazing how fast it happened to!! I can't wait to welcome Ace Hardway to the fam!! I wish I could have pledged so much more, at least I scored a snazzy Buckazoid :D

Today should be officially named SpaceVenture Day in honor of all our hard work and enthusiasm paying off! We did it everyone!!! The Two Guys are back, and we helped make it possible!!! WE KICK ASS!!
