yeah, that's really the thing here. There is always going to be some idiot "misinterpreting" things. I really think the key is not to get fired up about, and not start a biggering match with the individual. For example the youtube comments. One guy makes a stupid comment. And suddenly 12 people is down on his throat and the whole comment section is about whether or not the video is offensive. It would be much more helpful to ignore him, or at least only dignify him with one or two responses. Chances are he is trolling anyway. Instead try to steer the conversation away from negativity.

There is a chat function on this board. It connects into an IRC server, but it works directly in the browser, and probably much more convenient for most people than Twitch. We have 10 or so people in there at the moment. The idea would be to have the Minecraft link directly to that server I would guess.

It's a bit harder in terms of SQ because TGA don't own the games. So everything would have to go through Activision. I'm not saying it's impossible, just more difficult :)

To be honest, we should have made a submission mentioning both projects. Both to increase the likelihood of it being accepted and also to foster a sense of colaboration with Tex, rather than rivalry.

The only website I have access to the statistics from have 70% of visits using Opera. Anecdotal evidence is just that :)

Hi Fronzel, I saw your comments on the KS and I'm glad you have decided to join our community. I think everybody understands your frustration, but at the same it's also momentously difficult to please everybody. If they had made a binary instead, people would have complained it didn't work on their platform, if they had spend more time making sure it worked across multiple browsers they would have had to include less new features which would also have upset people. I have no insights into what the results of the survey was, but I'm guessing non-chrome prototypes wasn't as highly voted for as some of the other things. Regardless, I really appreciate that you are able to see beyond the proto-type and appreciate what the Two Guys are trying to do.
