Space Quest in Minecraft
We were doing just that on the old 2Guys server before it went down. Chris Pope made Ulence Flats and I made the Arcada along with a half finished Kerona desert. There just wasn't that much interest. But I'm sure it'd be interesting for many to see what you can come up with through pictures.

VSB Text Logo (Steam Grid Banners)
Don't worry, it was literally in the space of 6 minutes after I posted it lol.

VSB Text Logo (Steam Grid Banners)
Never mind. I looked all over Google Image Search and then visited the VSB site itself and the actual top banner of the page has a perfectly nice isolated version of the title text that will work just fine. lol Here it is, for those who would like it. And one for Incinerations as well, which was just a fortuitously simple cropping job.

VSB Text Logo (Steam Grid Banners)
This question is moreso directed to Frede, I guess. I was wondering if I could get a hold of a logo graphic for Space Quest Vohaul Strikes Back with just the text logo and no background image. I've gotten into the habit of creating Steam Grid Banners for all my non-Steam game shortcuts for Steam Grid View and VSB is the only one that's giving me a bit of grief as none of the graphics work very well when cropping/resizing/etc. Any chance I can get a hold of something like that?

Other kickstarters that need help
That's why. He's a small man. It's all he has for attention. The sad thing is he didn't have to do any of this at all. He could have approached everything an entirely different way and become a respected icon in the adventure revival. But instead he chose to act the way he did and now he's gone too far to ever come back.

Debut Single Release - Uncontrolled Reentry
Hey, guys! I'm excited to announce my first step on my own into the music industry (besides the game work I've done) with my first song entitled "Uncontrolled Reentry"! It's a 9-minute instrumental with elements of electronic, rock, progressive, and probably more reflecting my personal journey through life, how unpredictable it's been, and how I'm positive and excited about where the future will take me. All that fancy wording aside, it's basically just finally my own project with my own ideas and outlook on music that I've been wanting to get out there for years. It's inspired by artists like Mike Oldfield, Tangerine Dream, Jean Michel Jarre, and even bands like Dream Theatre and Pagan's Mind. It's available from my website BrandonBlume.com, my Facebook Page and my Bandcamp music store only right now, but it will be coming to iTunes, Amazon, CD Baby, and more digital distributors in the coming weeks, and I'll let you know when that happens. I'm releasing this single preemptively to support a forthcoming full-length album I'm thinking of calling "Peaks and Valleys". I'll be representing a somewhat wider variety of styles in the full album in various ways, but mostly by combining my favourite sounds into one style, similar to how I've done that in this single. You can stream Uncontrolled Reentry from my Bandcamp music store or from my SoundCloud. If you like what you hear and want to hear more please consider throwing me a dollar and supporting me and my project! I hope you enjoy it! And if you do please spread the word and mention it to your friends. :) Thank you, Troels, for the retweet, btw!

I'd like to see SQ3 redone like SQ2 was
You know that room wasn't necessary to beat the game right? And beside, puzzles are the whole point of adventure games. What's the point in playing a remake when you already know what to do? I personally like it when new things are added. Reminds me why I loved the originals to begin with. It's all about the puzzles. That is adventure gameplay. Without it you might as well just be watching a video.

Poll: Would you fund a Kickstarter project to help Ken Allen produce a new CD album containing updated recordings of music he created for games?
His last update mentioned that he would postpone Under The Half Dome until SpaceVenture is done.

Space Quest Historian Podcast - The Official Thread
Great episode! I enjoyed Ken's portion immensely, obviously. The bit with Steve had me laughing out loud! LordKat's rant was very funny as well. Great episode! I've grown to look forward to these all the time now.

The picture they used is kind of jarring. Also, that shot of Picard holding the PADD is from at least season 3 (no lines on the shoulders of his uniform, which only existed in season 1 and 2) so that year would be 1989 at least. Of course, they did have PADDs in the first season as well. /geek mode ...just kidding, geek mode never turns off.

Mass Collaborative Tribute Video *COMPLETE!!*
I want to thank everybody again who contributed to my little idea. It isn't even my idea anymore, I feel like I played such a small part in this. I said in one of the comments already on Facebook that I really didn't even feel like I knew what I was doing half the time, it just sort of developed a life of its own and that's entirely due to the content that you guys made. For my part, I know I'm not very funny and can't act to save my life, so I'm glad that I had so much great content from lots of other much funnier people than myself to hide my stuff between. I'm just glad I could stand alongside you guys. This community really is the best. Thanks again.
