I've watched it so many times I see some of the issues with cut placement, probably due to the fact they're filming in an airport. Fun video though.

How much money would you invest in Kickstarting the Two Guys?

I just increased my pledge...*sigh* -

I think a one room complete concept art (like the LSL remake Kickstarter had) isn't too much to ask. Some people are trying to put the cart before the horse and demanding a lot more, though, I think. -
I'd assume it'd be a lot like a physical convention, Q&A's, speakers, cosplay (i.e. people pick an avatar, yay!). Maybe fan contests (*cough* you could announce the winner(s) of twinkie nose tuesdays *cough*), etc.
-
Or on the Minecraft server, if that ever gets up.

Scott mentioned on Twitter that he'd be all over a Space Quest/SpaceVenture convention. I was thinking we could probably do a virtual convention pretty easily - like on Sarien.net or in a version of the AGS IRC client (like was used at the AGS Awards). Thoughts? (This could probably intrude on the "access to private chat room discussions with Scott and Mark" $150 Kickstarter tier, but it could also help promote it...)

You guys should use Google Docs for these, the post-survey ad on these can be confusing ("Did I complete it? I don't know, maybe I need to register", etc). :)
-
And various people cussing over all that.

I thought about this last night - don't forget Windows 8 is coming out soon which will be really pushing HTML5 with its Metro interface. It will be hard for anyone to not take HTML5 seriously.
-
Obviously it's still early in the development process. I think it's nice they have something to show they've been working on it. And it allows people to make suggestions for future improvements.

They're doing a Reddit AMA: http://www.reddit.com/r/IAmA/comments/tla3z/i_am_jane_jensen_creator_of_gabriel_knight_gray/

It looks like Bea is shunning Roger. The dejected look on Roger's face clinches it, I think.
-
SQ6 remake? This time without the "inner-space" idea, I hope. Oh, you said not to get hopes up. :(
-
Just beat Rex, fairly unsatisfying ending. DIdn't really get attached to any of the characters either. Some humor, but rather underwhelming generally.

The second-third-day falloff is pretty typical. You can see what happened in the LSL Kickstarter: http://www.kicktraq....rry-come-again/ That doesn't mean you should quit promoting though! It copies the format as well as the text. If you want to remove the format click the eraser button (Remove Format), second button on the top row above the post.

Special note: I've added a width tag to the IMG BBCode, you can specify the size you want to display at (like how I've edited your post) -
Thanks, but the credit really goes to the Two Guys' and Q42. :y:
-
Too bad it gives little-endians an unfair advantage - they have until November 5th to come up with something. :P
-
Do you mean for you or for Chris? Because Chris said 05/11.

In hardcore mode, all of the puzzles involve the Datacorder. -
Regarding iOS, see http://sarien.net/ They're the ones helping the Two Guys with their Kickstarter! For Mac, you should be able to use DosBOX or something :)

http://guysfromandro...q42-scott-mark/ http-~~-//traffic.libsyn.com/techjives/004-Rahul_Choudhury_Scott_And_Mark.mp3 Rahul Choudhury (Q42) who helped make prototype 1 of the Kickstarter releases discusses HTML5 and what the game plan is on the prototypes. After Rahul, Scott and Mark join in to give some more input as to what is in store! This post has been promoted to an article
