there's old version of SQ4

 

 

There's only terminator-robot, without zombie who yells this robot in current version of SQ4

 

And the bullet from the tank (in SQ12) needed for this robot.For kill him

 

 

Who got this version of SQ4 (from this 1994 collection) or know where it is, pls PM to me :)

I have this version of the Collection and I can tell you that the SQ4 on this CD is exactly the same as the one that came out stand-alone.

Sounds like whoever told you this was slightly confused. There is a difference between the CD and floppy versions where the robot only comes randomly in the CD version and the zombie has to summon it in the floppy version. That might be what they're thinking of.

Unrelated, but on the topic of the zombie: I don't know how I got this into my head, but I've always just assumed everybody knew that the zombie was actually future-Roger in the SQXII timeline. Did I just make that up? Did anybody else think that?

I have to confess I've never thought about it that way, though I love the idea! The only thing known about the identity of the zombie is that he must be a former Xenonian rebel who was caught and "enhanced" by Vohaul. That's what's revealed by Professor Lloyd.

 

So there's really nothing to prove that the zombie is future Roger... but there's nothing to contradict it either  :)

That is so supremely fucked up! I absolutely love the idea!

 

(As a side note: I find it amazing how one of the most nightmarish scenes in any video game I've ever played is actually in a comedy game. Kudos to suejak for somehow finding a way to make that sequence even more terrifying.)

Agreed. If the zombie's Future-Roger, then that scream of his just became ten times more traumatizing.

I thought the Droid-o-Death also showed up randomly in the disk version as well. Zombie guy summons him in both version.

Also, suejak ... Holy shit! That's ... brilliant. As Datadog said, that adds so much more creepiness to the zombie scream.

Although I think, as Fred said, it's just a random Xenonian guy.

Nope. Not in my versions anyway. If he does show up it's a lot rarer than in the CD version that's for sure.
